Hi, I’m Yurii, the chef behind Chef Montana.
For the past several years, I’ve been creating private dining experiences across North Alabama, from intimate dinners to weddings, celebrations, and large catered events. Today, Chef Montana is more than private chef services—it’s also full-service catering and our signature Chef’s Table experience.
My cooking is built around one simple philosophy: exceptional ingredients, thoughtful technique, and food made from scratch whenever possible. I believe great meals don’t come from shortcuts—they come from care, patience, and respect for every ingredient.
