Hi, I’m Chef Montana – though friends just call me Yurii.
My culinary journey began when I was 17, and it was love at first sight.
Over the years, I’ve cooked my way through four different countries and worked in more than ten restaurants — starting as a line cook and growing through every station in the kitchen. From breaking down meats and seafood to mastering handmade pasta, emulsified sauces, and the foundations of classic French cuisine — I’ve touched every flavor and technique.
But my heart belongs to the Mediterranean. It’s where my passion truly shines. I’ve also explored the bold spices and vibrant energy of Pan-Asian cooking, which keeps my menus exciting and full of life.

Personal Weekly Meal Prep:
I come to your home and prepare fresh meals for three days at a time — typically lunch and dinner (or breakfast if requested) for two people. Perfect for busy families, athletes, or those with special diets like keto, vegan, lactose-free, diabetic-friendly, or carnivore. Your personalized menu is crafted to match your health goals, tastes, and lifestyle, so you can skip the endless takeout and save time.
